BLS AG in Switzerland has opted for four T-Systems (CET) and a modern vacuum system.
In Thun, a modern vacuum unit is being installed for the first time in Switzerland. The combination of vacuum and waste water pump has clear advantages over conventional rotary lobe pumps. The pump system consumes only about 25% of the energy compared to the old technology and has a much lower risk of clogging due to the larger flow geometry. With the new technology, the replacement of rotary pistons is a thing of the past.
The stationary disposal and supply systems (CET) with four T-systems, for emptying waste water containers in closed toilet facilities and for filling water tanks, are used at BLS AG. The user-friendly closing mechanism ensures strict separation of the drinking water supply from the suction of the waste water.
Trelco AG Bahntechnik has taken over the service and maintenance of the plant as a partner of Wagemann-Systems. As a supplier of components and solutions for drive, railway, electrical and lubrication technology, Trelco AG Bahntechnik has set itself the goal of understanding its customers’ tasks as comprehensively and well as possible.

At the Expo Ferroviaria 2017 (3-5 October) in Rho Fiera, Milan, Wagemann-Systems GmbH is presenting its portfolio of mobile and stationary disposal systems for passenger coaches, equipment for indoor cleaning systems (IRA) and water hydrants. As an innovation, we are showing our new vacuum unit, which is far superior to the conventional rotary lobe principle. With the new unit, the operator reduces his energy costs, reduces wear and thus the maintenance costs and has a higher availability due to its robust design. This innovation is widespread in the municipal sector and has now also entered the railway sector.

Wagemann-Systems GmbH will showcasing its range of stationary and mobile products for the supply and disposal of toilets for passenger trains (CET Systems) at the Apta Expo 2017 (www.aptaexpo.com) from 9-11 October in Atlanta. Wagemann-Systems GmbH implements worldwide projects for small mobile systems up to systems for high-speed trains. At the fair we show our new efficient and robust vacuum system, which has great advantages over the conventional rotary lobe pump technology.
